FREE FNI(A) Directing Seminar + FNI(A) Awards Entrant Screenings, proudly
sponsored by Belconnen Community Centre, The Belconnen Arts and Cultural
Development Program, a project of Belconnen Community Service.
The Directing Seminar will be presented by award winning Director Serge
Ou, Creative Director of Bearcage Productions.
Serge will speak about How he became a Director, what films he was involved
in making, show excerpts, or even in entirety, of films he Directed as
he speaks about them, What is involved in being a Director, who a Director
liaises with on and off the set, What makes a good Director, who he has
brushed shoulders with in the industry who are famous and successful,
and of course, about Bearcage Productions, how he got involved with Bearcage
Productions, and what services Bearcage Productions offers.

The screening of FNI(A) Awards entrant Warren Coulton's, 87 minute feature
'Yakka Oy', Produced by Miroslav Cacua and Warren Coulton, Directed by
Brad Diebert.
WIN Television claims this film to be 'Martial Arts extravaganza...' while
Fighters Club magazine writes 'The new cult film is here. Yakka Oy has
raised up the level of independent filmmaking....'.
This film is proudly supporting Cure Our Kids Cancer Challenge charity,
and is classified MA 15+, under 15's must be accompanied by a parent or
adult guardian.
